Every thing we sell is 100% refundable or exchangeable*. We are not happy until you are happy. We will refund or exchange any product within the first 15 days of delivery. Any defects in workmanship that appear with in the first 30 days will be repaired or replaced. Our rugs come with care instructions and a a six month warranty against any defects in workmanship. You will be provided with a grey card that details the warranty upon purchase.

To return a product, simply send it to Alpaca Pete's 1603 Nevada Hwy. Boulder City NV 89005 along with ya copy of your receipt and instructions as to whether you want to exchange or a refund.
